this was going to be my favorite tank i got last summer at a yard sale,
and was water tight, but when sitting full of water , outside

my pony drank out of it and knocked it over cracking the side pane,.. it might be able to be siliconed and covered with another pane,.. not sure but i don't have the talent or time to do it,.. there is only one crack that goes into the slate,..

i have a lfs that used to make these and the kids of the old men that built said the silicone dosent stick to the slate,.. aadn only the stuff they used would,.. so taking out the glass isn't and option,.. unless you want to replace with glass bottom,..

the metal is great on it. one spot has a smear of white paint,.. but that can come off,.
the pics are of it out on my porch that i use for storage,. and its quite dirty i wiped some dirt off so you can see,..
for sale or trade sorry puck up only,

unless you arrange the shipping and crateing,..

would like to get $15.00 maybe less,..

Just fyi...regular aquarium silicone sticks to slate just fine. I've resealed several metaframe tanks with it and they are holding up well.

thanks good to know i'm just going on what others have said,.. have you taken out a panel also,.. what aboutthe black sticky stuff inside the frame corner part?
