That's great to hear Autumn! :grinyes: I think my snails are reproducing too fast for the ghost to keep up with, but my assassin snails are taking care of them. :evil_lol:

Howdy, just checking back. I got to wondering about trying to work something out since the pop. grows so slowly. I could pay you now and wait for the pop to grow out. My main concern is getting a large enough starting group and keep costs down (with shipping it'll really add to the cost). If you don't want to I understand. I am having a bear of a time getting decent Ghosts.... by decent I mean an animal that won't die after 48 to 96 hours.

How many are you looking for? My colony is not going to get much bigger as I simply don't have the room. Right now they are in a 20G community tank with about 26 fish so I'm pretty close to being overstocked.

I'd like to get at least 12 and more like 20 or more. I know that the high side is more than you were looking to sell, but perhaps the lower amount would be workable.... maybe fifteen?

, and I counted 10. I don't know if that was all of them or not. When they get into the vegetation you can't see them. My female dropped another batch on 11 May, so if there are any surviving young from that brood I should start seeing them soon. LOL! Yea, I don't know which is harder, counting shrimp or fish, but I do know that both sucks; especially when the critter that you're counting is, effectively, colorless.... ugh. But thanks for going to all the trouble.
If you'd be able to do more than 10 then I'd definitely be interested, but if not it isn't a problem, I understand the position that you're in. In fact, at this point, I'll probably be intersted no matter what given that I've not been able to find anyone else breeding a decent Ghost Shrimp. I had ordered some via Yellow Shrimp on Aquabid along with a bunch of other stuff only to have her take my money, send me a fraction of the order, and then disappear. Really sucks, but owell....
