I would have to look up Hawaii's laws, I am not really sure. I think its more of a list of what IS allowed then what is not.

I know jinks and a few others already know this, but just to keep the people viewing this thread in the loop, "that one guy" is 13 years old, according to his profile. I doubt his "accusations" are anything to worry about.
