The cambomba, amano and cardinals should be easy to come by, I'm in Campbell so I get my stuff at Dolphin. There is a killer plant shop in your neck of the woods.. I forgot the name though.
I have a Lobelia cardinalis "small form" somewhere in one of my tanks. I think my tonia died from being over shadowed by my riccia. The tonia I had was in a 20g Long running 85W but its still wan't enough since the riccia is 2in thick. Lol
Though I'd definitely reccomend you get some nerites to clean up the plants.. they're kinda looking a little algaed. No offence
