I realize the stuff below will be way too pricey for most folks. But this is where in the hobby I ended up. I am trying to downsize my hobby due to incurable case of oldageitis.
With the exception of the 236 group A and likely a couple of the zebras, all the other fish except the (breeding groups) were born and raised in my tanks. I have the following species available in various sizes and numbers. I price them by the inch. I discount the more one takes. The smallest size for anything is 1.5 inch TL (nose to end of tail). The more one buys the cheaper they can get, i.e. on a price per fish basis, the most expensive would be 1 of the largest size vs a group of the smallest size. I do not sex the fish.
L 450 TR at 1.5 - 2.75 inch priced from $13 - $33. My breeding group is available at a negotiated price. It could come with 30+ fry.
L173b TR at 2.0 - 3.0 inch priced from $70 - $135. My breeding group is available at a negotiated price. It could come with 8 fry.
L173 TR at 1.5 - 1.625 inch. Only 5 fish sold as a group for $1,000.
L173 F1 at 1.5 - 1.75 inch. Only 5 fish sold as a group for $1,150.
L236 TR group A at 1.75 - 2.75 inch priced from $131 - $234 each.
L236 TR group B at 1.5 - 1.75 inch. Only 5 fish sold as a group for $550.
Zebra pleco F1 from wild at 2.75 - 3.0 inch. I will have 4 -6 available priced at $250 -$275. I will discount price by 10% for all as a single group.
