Here's a tip for you on the pics. The pics are too big to be viewed on the page. Open up the pic and then right click and select Open With and select MSPaint. Then when the pic is in MSPaint select Image on the top and select Stretch and Skew. In the first two fields hit 25 and 25. It will then shrink the picture to 25% of it's size and then you can post them and they will appear on the page rather than a link to the file.
That tank shows a lot of promise. One thing to consider with plants and a natural look. It looks like you have either some small fake Amazons or they are real amazons. In either case clump them together for a more natural look. And try to do a random pattern rather than a row. If you clump two (or more) live amazons together they will compete for the light and the leaves will grow longer as each tries to "outreach" the lightsource.
See this pic of my 110? The two big swords (1 in the back and 1 on the left) were clumped together before going into this tank and grew close to 18 inches tall. In the lower right you see a short broad amazon. In fact that is 3 small amazons clumped together for a more natural look. In fact the Crypts in the lower center right are about 4 different plants clumped together for a more natural look...
