I've just paid £1.24.9p per litre.My husband is a HGV Driver, hes had his hours cut, his boss says he doesn't know how much longer they can carry on, its crippling them. The qustion I need answering is.. every one keeps going on about not having lorrys on the road, but how do we get the stuff we need?? Its getting silly now. Sorry to go on but it makes me some dam angry

i meant 4 dollars a gallons and if they pay that price for a liter it would ome out to almost 12 dollars

Seems 81.5% is a bit nuts to me. I can see heavy taxes on (don't shoot me) cigarettes and alcohol and things we don't need, but people need fuel to get to work.

taxes gone up? sounds like the price of oil just going up..... but what do i know
