Fungus changing places

One last thread about my betta for now, after he started swimming after being paralyzed from overdose of medication he developed this fuzzy, grey fungus on his fins. The fungus' changing places! Yesterday and today morning the fungus was on his tail, now the fungus is on his 'feelers' (thin, long and free moving fins, don't know their name).

Water parameters are all the same:

Ammonia is 0ppm
Nitrite is 0ppm
Nitrate is 1-5ppm

Same algae outbreak still, but this is not important at all right now.

For medication, I have Artemiss and now I know how much and how to dose it, but does it kill fungus? Do I need to do a water change before dosing it and then use fresh tap water to the 500ml bottle?

It's impossible to say what it is from the description, but it does not sound like fungus (Saprolegnia) to me. Do you have any pictures?

I suppose the fungus will be on his tail by tomorrow so I could post a photo.. It has mould like appearance, grey and fuzzy. Would Artemiss work? Do I do a water change before dosing it and then I use fresh tap water and dose it like you told me to?

Impossible to say what it is, so can't say if it will be effective...

So do I do a water change before dosing and use fresh new tap water to the 500ml bottle, then I add 5ml and shake well and dose 125ml out of 500ml once every day? Hopefully I got that right
