Fungus or frostbite?

I was just looking at my silver dollars, thinking that I would move my platies back into the 75 gallon today, but I noticed that one of the silver dollar's mouth was open, and the lower part was kind of swollen. It looks whitish, but not really fuzzy. My first thought was mouth fungus, but I'm not sure if that's what it is. Then I remembered that I threw some shelled peas in there for my pleco last night, and they weren't all fully thawed. I was impatient, so I put the fully thawed ones in first because I knew the silver dollars would go for them right away, and put the half-frozen ones in after 'cause I knew it would take the pleco some time to get over there. Do you think the silver dollar could have frostbite?

No. Slightly frozen peas are not enough to cause any sort of damage to the fish. Consuming mass quantities may cause problems, but not frost bite. I'd suspect water quality issues, with a bacterial infection related to stress or an injury.

:( :( ok, here we go again! Thanks for your response.
