Most people know that the military uses acronyms for EVERYTHING. I was an avionics technician in the navy and once a pilot (dems is some smrt ossifers) turned in a gripe saying that the a particular system didn't work in the Operation For Flight position. We returned the part saying that it worked as intended in the OFF position.
