great instead you are now a zombie ninja with explosive acne and your nasty zomby flesh oozes a slipery snot like fluid that causes you to slip and fall constantly. you also can control your arms which flail really hard breaking everything. you also scream uncontrolably random giberish and embarising things about yourself.

... there is no toilet paper on the island and the water is too cold to wash with.
... you get a rash
... it itches
... you are depressed because of the itch
... a bunch of icecream and cheese wizz washes ashore
... you are so hungry and depressed you overeat on the icecream and cheese wizz
... you gain the weight back (you didn't wish to keep it off)

granted but they get so out of control the US Game Control has cordoned off your house for quarantine due to a mysterious new tropical guppy disease that now passes onto humans...and it's starting with you.
