Yes the Jungle Tank Buddies Parasite Clear has those ingredients. I'm feeding the fish Jungle Anti Parasite food as well which also has Metro. From what I understand it is indeed best taken with food and is very hard to OD a fish on it.
My experience with the Jungle food is that my fish won't touch it! I'm sure it would work if the fish ate it, but that's the problem. If you are looking for some good quality medicated foods that your fish will actually enjoy you should go to Angels Plus. They have 3 different kinds or medicated flake that is a must have in the fishroom IMO. A 3 oz bag of each would be more than enough for your rams. It'd be a good thing to give them every 2-3 months or so just as a preventative measure.
Agreed. I use Garlic Guard for finicky fish or sick fish that don't want to eat much. I don't have that problem ATM. The GBR eats the Jungle food straight up no problem.
