Update for those interested. Put two creamsicle and one black molly in the tank yesterday afternoon (Jan 6th, 11). We'll see how they do with Silicone II.
GE Silicone II for tank sealing

Bottom line is that although the GE Silicone II has NO mention of midewcides on the label, it DOES contain it, and without a toxicology report to back me up, has apparently killed fish in my tank. DO NOT USE GE SILICONE II IN YOUR FISH TANKS.
If one actually talks to the folks at GE silicone, they say none of their consumer products is aquarium safe.
