Geez, not ANOTHER newbie question?

I use no dechlorinator either, unless I need more water than I have prepped for some reason. I have 2 30g trash cans in my basement that I fill up each week and leave an airstone, crushed coral and heater in. At the end of the week, the chlorine is gone (doesn't take a week, but that's how long it gets) the co2 is equalized so PH is stable. and if my KH hasn't gone above 3 from the crushed coral I add just enough baking soda to bring it up. Then do my water changes. It's the right temp, correct stable ph and no chlorine with no need for chemical neutralizers. I'm sure columbus will switch to chloramine use and mess up my sytem someday, but for now it works.

I wish I could do that. I have Chloramine in my tap water. :(
