German ram spawn

here's a pic of my german rams spawning.

it was really awesome to have them spawn 20hours after buying them from the LFS. also it was weird the female laid her eggs on the gravel.

anyways, the spawn was kind of distrubed by the other fish in the tank and I. they stopped spawning, but there's still an egg attached to the female 24 hours later. is that a problem?

Not sure if the hanging egg is a problem or not. If I'm thinking properly german rams like something fairly flat to attach their eggs to. That being said I've also heard that a pair of rams sometimes need to try spawning several times before they get it right. Probably need more parenting classes or something.
