German Rams in a 10 Gallon

Your tank looks perfect for a dwarf puffer :) but its up to you, I think a ram might be touch and go...

thanks man. I thought about a dwarf puffer, it wouldnt harass the cardinals though?
 
I think it would be more likely a DP would be overwhelmed by the cards and maybe not eat. The other option is aggression though.
 
Also, what are thoughts ragarding something like a pair of apistogramma borelli? I was reading they would do pretty well in a 10 gallon
 
I would not get a pair of apisto boreli; you will have similar problems as with a pair of rams. I would definately not get a dwarf puffer without first rehoming the cardinals. Taking a big chance there.
The one ram sounds like the best of the three options but even that is iffy.
