Gettin' em to eat.....

OK...heres the quick of it. I got a panter grouper the other day at the LFS. Hes about 3" or so, and in super condition. He ate very very well at the store. I brought him home, and put him in my 125g with a spotted hawk, and nothing else. There are a few bits of live rock in the tank, but other than that, pretty bare. Well, hes here now, and now hes not eating. Its almost like hes not seeing the food. Could it be that he got too used to that small cubicle at the LFS?? Or perhaps its just that he don't like forumal I...... Thanks for any imput or suggestions for getting him to perk up.

How long has it been? Many of my fish have taken a while to acclimate and start eating. Also, I would try varying the diet. Offer some brine or mysis shrimp perhaps. My guys have always loved them. Good luck
