Hi, we have a fully cycled 20 gallon neon tank (6 neons, 6 black neons, 6 glowlights). have been storing up the brown algae since the tank started to give the little otto dudes something to eat. but i just read that you should get 5 or 6 as they are shoaling fish. I'm happy to supplement their diet as much as it takes, but what number would you recommend for in the tank?

While 5-6 is a good number for Otos, it isn't a good number of Otos for a 20g tank. I'd try 3. Even w/ just 3, you'll be stunned at how fast they work (do make sure you have some algae wafers ready to go).
