Sorry, if I had seen this thread earlier, I would have beaten them to it (By the by, it is commonly known as a 'soon hock', and does taste pretty good.). I have a couple myself, and they are definitely one for a species-tank....and be warned, they have a wicked bite. Mature size is actually closer to 40cm, not 65cm, though.
Almost looked like a baby Walleye with the dorsal arrangement, but I got to thinkin that I have definately seen that fish before somewhere else. After MANY minutes of deliberation, I realized that the Fish markes in South Korea are packed full of 16-18 inch versions of that little guy, and they doo indeed taste GREAT
