Ghost Shrimp and frogs

Angelfish also eat ghost shrimp....enthusiastically, IME.

I bought 11 ghost shrimp about 2 weeks ago and a couple are about an inch and a half long. Their "color" has changed, almost like they are adapting to their environment.

They have a brownish color, with red and white spots. At first they were pretty easy to spot, now you have to look pretty hard when they are on the bottom.

They are a pretty neat little additive to my tank.

I had a ghost shrimp in my 35 hex for about a month. Very cool to look at but one of the angels fianlly got him. :sad

six for a dollar at mine =(

but the girl working there is cute, so that's a nice excuse for me =D

On a side note, shrimp bodies don't float, so what's the best way to find them? I don't want them stinking up the tank...

And will standard gravel filters suck them up? I worry because it's almost time for a water change.

Would a dwarf gourami be able to eat a ghost shrimp? I'd love to get a couple!
