My ghost shrimp just laid some eggs, just wondering about how long it takes them to hatch.

Ghost shrimp don't lay eggs, they carry them underneath, on their abdomen. If they are not carrying them then I don't think they will hatch at all.

What other fish/inverts do you have?

oh ok, I didn't actually see the eggs being laid or see any eggs on the glass or plants, I just saw the one carrying the eggs doing some weird thing where she stands in one place and shakes the eggs back and fourth, the next morning when I looked at her most of the eggs were gone so i assumed she laid them or something. So should I start noticing a bunch of little ghost shrimp soon? Only inverts in the tank are two ghost shrimp, i also have some penguin tetras, lemon tetras, and 1 BN pleco.

If they hatched already (Which I'll assume they did), they were probably all eaten by your tetras.

She still has a few eggs left on her belly, whats the best way to save them? Net off a small portion of the tank and put her in that?

Probably, but the larvae could probably swim through it.

I'm gonna try it and see what happens, not a big deal if it doesn't work but it'd be nice for them to survive, I'll post again with the results. Thanks for the help!
