Giant Half-Moon Plakat

On aquabid, you can find a giant half-moon for $25. Then you have to add $5 for the tranship, and $15 or so for priority mail...so its around $50. I just lost 2 platnium crowntails from Thailand using priority (normally, priority is fine, but right now, it is just too hot down here).

I actually found one that looks nearly identical to mine:

Priority mail for 1 betta is $10. I know because I just ordered a betta priority.:

If you're buying from a vendor where you have to use transship, then yeah you have to add that extra $5-8 on.

Oddly enough, the fish in the link isn't a real HM either, lol (you know I had to point that out :p: ).

I saw a bunch of fish on there mislabelled as such. I'm not sure why they're doing that other than maybe they don't know how to tell either. I doubt they're doing it to specifically mislead people (or maybe they are, who knows).

Agreed, i'd still love one of the offspring should ya get any!

I will need to buy some females off aquabid soon and i am real anxious because some of the fish are so obviously not what they're labeled as, i would wager im not even spotting half of the mislabeled.

Guy on the left literally thinks he can beat up guy on the right ... the mega man ... in the first 2 pictures

...

They he runs away in the last.

Hahahahahahahahahahaha.

Bettas are so cool.

Something is going on here....more details to come!!!

These bettas are awesome! Each male is a little less than 3 inches in body length, each female is about 2 inches, and they have 1/2 moon plakat fins.

In the first 2 pictures, the male is fighting his reflection. He is in a 5 gallon fluval chi on my desk. In case you are wondering, the ruler below is in inches:

In the next picture, there is a male and a female seperated for breeding in a 20 gallon long. The red male is about 3 inches, the blue female is about 2 inches:

FYI...I will be putting a bunch of these on aquabid once I get my shipping supplies in. They will be at a set price, so first come first served.

#118 is gorgeous.

Yeah. I took the red one out and put #118 in to cross with the blue female. In another tank, I have #114 and #102.

I am telling you, the pictures do not do these fish justice. I sold #112 today for $40.
