now let's see, I have 5 tattoos...I guess a couple of them I could have fallen asleep, but on the face? There's no way. I thinkk she saw the tattoo guy and wanted to be as radical as he was and said go for it... He says she got up, looked in the mirror a couple of times and there is at least 1 witness so she knew what she was doing. Now, the part where her father was eating ice cream while this was getting done.... this took a little longer than 10 or 15 minutes... what kind of ice cream do they have where they live???
