What is the ceramic disc that is inside the glass Co2 diffusers?

I notice that ADA uses black and the others use white.

What is it?
Where can you get it?
What do I search for to find it?

I tried for so long trying to find something like this so I can make my own diffuser but I can't find anything anywhere..

This is what ceramic foam is:

I think what I'm looking for might be called Sinterglass or Fritted Disc ?

Thanks for the link.
I searched for over a hour and could not find anything that had prices or even a reasonable selection.

What I was thinking I could do was take 2 disc and placing them together, the gas the should come out in finer bubbles since it not taking a porous path that is too large of opening like what looks to be happening with only 1 disc. Then create a holder for it with some black PVC and some barb fitting and this can then be mounted possibly in the substrate with only about 1" above th surface eliminating the need for a ugly suction cup on the glass.

This sound like something that might work?

POROSITY LEGEND -- XC=extra coarse; C=coarse; M=medium; F=fine
Not sure how the disc in the Co2 diffusers compare to the grades listed?
