Glofish fry, water too cold?

Apparently you're richer than most of us.
Please post the details of the licensing costs. It used to be ginormously expensive.

Good luck on getting a reply.

Here is one thread on the question. It's from 2004.

I haven't checked your sources yet but I honestly had no idea it even cost money. Kinda bugs me considering I would have to pay that company money for each fish sold and still have to pay up front. I am new to all this like I said and just saw my fish spawning so I let them have at it. I can't believe I have to pay a company so that I can do something that would require me to pay them more money. Well I guess that's out. I have some buddies that want to start keeping fish now that I have so I guess I will just give them the fry and stick with angels and mollies.

Thank you for the heads up on that and I will be perusing your links now. Guess I should have looked harder beforehand =/

If one takes time to look, there are rules, regulations, and laws about everything.
I had one law course in college. First class the instructor asked who'd broken the law that day. Three of us stuck up our hands as we knew we'd done something. He told the rest of the class that they were naive liars. Then he detailed his day. One day out of many and he'd knowingly violated more than a score of current, on the book, laws and regulations that could have been gotten him cited (ticketed) and fined.

One of the way hoarders are now dealt with, if they get turned in, is for violating fire code regulations on stock piling flammable materials. (paper goods such as newspapers).

Al Capone got busted on income tax evasion, not for a single act of violence.

Haha yeah I guess there's always something we do that can get us in some trouble. It's no fun finding out about these glofish though. I think they are so cool. I'm honestly not too interested in having them in my big tank anymore but they will have their own little 10g with lighting and decor to match their cool colors (just have 9 of them and it seems they prefer the smaller tank). At least I will get to see one group of them grow up though. I am very interested in what they will look like as they grow and how their color comes out
