Come on guys, have some respect and stay on topic. If you want to start a discussion about glofish varieties, start a new thread. Travis is asking for help with an injured fish.
Keep up on your water changes to give your tetra the best possible water quality. The fin should heal on it's own, provided the fish doesn't become stressed by other tank inhabitants. If it looks like it's getting any worse, it could be fin rot, in which case there are medications available at most major pet stores and LFS.
I imagine the tilt is a different issue than the fin, and may or may not be anything to worry about.
What happened to cause the injury in the first place?
