If the comet goldfish are not yet nipping at the glowlight tetras, if they live long enough, it's just a matter of time before they eat them whole. You might want to look into the profile / care specifications for the different types of fish that you have. They are all neat fish for sure, but they're not really meant to co-exist in a 10g tank. Those comets really are meant for ponds, because they grow very, very large...
