5 pounder? really? I have a Pepsi 20 pounder (for my keggerator) that I was going to use for my set up. I was just going to pick up a regulator and selonoid combo with a bubble counter and diffuser... that thing should last what.. a couple years or so??
The nice thing about a paintball system is that it takes up very little room and disconnects and connects in just minutes. It is easy and safe. The larger paintball canisters last 30 to 60 days and are refillable. You can get new canisters and refills most anywhere now, even Walmart. New ones are around 15 dollars, refills around five bucks or less.
A ten and a 20 pound canister will last a year or 2 and certainly is more economical in the long run, but it cost a lot more money up front.. a lot more. I have a 20 and a ten in my shop, but at home I have a paintball system in my living room. Much easier to hide. Spouses tend to not like big ugly steel canisters! :grinyes:
I've been reading and since I only have 1.9 watts on the tank im gonna hook this up to. 65 watt on 36gallon. Should I get a new fixture which would be the one that puts out 130 watts instead?
