Gold Nugget crazy for Zucchini

Within 5 minutes of putting it in the water he is all over it. He gets so into it that his body starts getting all twisted. Yesterday he was completely upside down with his tail straight in the air, but unfortunantly camera was put away.

right after i posted this i was lucky to get this shot.

kinda blurry had to use a high ISO/low shutter speed to get a decent exposure.

Great pictures.... I just introduced 2 Clown pleco's to my 210g community tank.

Did you have to do any special prep with the zucchini? Raw or cooked?

he eats it raw. i just attach it to a rock with a hair tie that i stole from my wife

All depends. Cant find any deffinite answers about his size. Supposedly the L-018 will get about 8-10", but in captivity no one really knows.
 
Now I want one !! do they go with angels,blood parrot and firemouths? he is very nice looking ! and I want to feed my fish zuccini :lol:
 
he is in a tank with 3 angels, 2 GBR's, 2 Black Mollies, 3 Corys, 9 Rummy Nose and 3 Harlequin Rasbora's.

they all get along great. the angels and gbr's are always swimming through his cave.
