I was just looking over a few of my old post when I notice someone asking me about Golden Barbs. I said I have a school of them and some are over 4" long and that person said "everywhere he reads they are said to only grow to 2-2.5"
I did a search and sure enough it says "will grow to 3" but will stay smaller in home aquariums". What do I have?? A home lake?? My goldens are over 4" long and they are not "long fin" types if they is such a golden.
No wonder people get wrong info about stocking.
