goldfish disease:Cotton-like with picture

Hi,
Can anyone help me about this disease?
first cotton-like appear on ray then disappear and make a hole on ray.
I have 4 goldfish in 40lit aquarium, without plants, and water temp is 25-30C.

I would have guessed cotton disease/fungus, but I've never heard of it turning into a bloody hole... How often do you do water changes? You're a bit overstocked and goldfish produce quite a bit of waste, at the very least do a large water change. Also, what is your amonia and nitrite? and how long have you had these fish?

I changed whole water every month or 45 days, and I have these fishs from 2 years ago. amount of amonia and nitrite is unknown (I haven't any device or kit to measure it).

Wate...the only time you do a water change is a 100% ever month-45 days? Or you do some 20-50% water changes a few weeks in between them 45 days?

4 goldfish in a 40 litre aquarium, and you change all the water once every month or so?
and 25 to 30C...
what sort of goldfish are these?
I am sorry that I do not recognize the specific ailment in the picture.
can we see a picture of all the fish?
i am just interested to see. and you took a very good picture of that ailing fin.

No, in my region this kind of product unavailable.

maby your lack of water change and gravle vac is the cause of growing bacteria under your gravel. Your suppose to change atlease 20% water w/ gravel vac evey 1-3weeks but 3 weeks the least. I know your water looks clean and all but once you start doing a gravel vac youl see all the trash.

Thank you for the pictures . They are certainly beautiful fish. They are very small for 2 years.
Melafix contains melaleuca oil.
Maybe you can find that.
or, order melafix over the internet?
You can also try applying an antibiotic to the spot I suppose.
The fish have been crowded in that tank for two years. Maybe they will not live much longer. Maybe they will now begin to get one disease and another disease.
I do not know.
I do not know how long you can keep goldfish alive in the way you discribe.
