Goldfish disease...i'm stumped

thats pretty much what im doing now, i got rid of all the decor, and bleach cleaned the tank

we got ours from places in chinatown and they absolutely worship goldfish and koi, i'll have to ask about this next time i'm down there

Its not velvet as it looks like a dusting of spots rather than single larger spots which is ich. The fish looks like it had an ulcer at the front? Cant really tell from the pic, but I still think bacterial columnaris which can kill a fish in less than 24 hours

this is an oranda, the thing of its head was just a normal "cap"
