Goldfish housing question PLEASE HELP!

i currently have 5 small common goldfishes in a 1 litre measuring jug. I Intend this to be their permenent home. My question is...is it big enough for their entire lives?

Holy cow I just went to see how much a liter is and its only .26 of a gallon so slighlty over a quarter gallon? Be suprised if they could even move in there.
