hi! i have an orange goldfish, and he is bleeding and his bubbly cheeks are popped. Now 5 days ago my goldfishes had white spots in their bodies, so i sent them to the stote to get them tested, and the guy gave me an ick medicine. I used it for 3 days, but nothing happened. i alos took out the filter while using the medicine too. after 3 days the all fishes started to get sicker, i donno why. i have three goldfishes and 4 other fishes. now please would you help me. what's going on with my goldfish? is there any chance for it to get better?

How big is your tank, goldfish need a 55 gallon to live a long life. You need to treat for ich for at least 7 days. But if you have 4 goldfish in a small tank there is nothing you can do they will die. Here is an article on ich

ok! well what about the bleeding? why is my goldfish bleeding? and also why are his bubbles in his cheecks salmost blown off? And another question? now that there is ich in my tank, what should i do? should i take the filter off and start the treatment all over again?

In order for people to help you, we need to know a few things so we can get a handle on what's going on.
How large is the tank?
How long has it been up and running?
How many fish are in the tank, and what size(s) are they?
Type of filtration?
Specific symptoms, length of time the fish has been sick, post pictures if you can.
Post your tank info, then hopefully we can help more. From what you've said so far I'd guess (and it's just a guess) it went something like this: the fish were stressed, developed ich, the filter was turned off during treatment (not a good idea), ammonia levels rose, the fish developed a bacterial infection (which bubble-eyes are prone to). Now the bacterial population in the filter is non-existent, and the tank is cycling.
My advice is to do large, frequent water changes - clean water will help remove bacteria and parasites, and reduce amonia/nitrite levels. Look up bacterial infections (Google is great for disease diagnosis) and if you find the fish have a bacterial infection, medicate appropriately. Ich can be treated with heat (though I'm not sure if this will work with goldfish) and salt (1-3tsp/5g, dissolved first), along with daily water changes.

1) well the tank is 30, 16 & 12 inches, so i guess is 29 gallons.
2) the tank has been running for at least a year now.
3) i've got 4 goldfishes: 1 black moor, 1 water-bubble eye, 1 common goldfish and 1 lionhead goldfish
i've also got 1 molly, 1 petco algae eater, 1 type of gouramy fish, and 1 albino cory.
4) i use aquaclear 150 aquarium power filter
i've been also changing water frequently.
Let me explain the problem again. the problem got to when the goldfish got infected of ick. i saw white spots in them, so i used this "ick guard" medicine for 3 days. during these three days, i took off the carbon, sponge, and the anti-amonia stuff. after 3 days the fishes started to get depressed, so i stoped giving the medicine anymore. also i put the filtration back in. then, i noticed that the goldfishes started to get more white spots. the next day, the bubble-eye goldfish was bleeding and his bubbles where blown off. now they're half-away blown. i started the medication again for a day with the filter on. nothing happened either, and that's about it.
oh and by the way, i donno but im noticing that the molly is acting like crazy sometimes. he moves his head and body quickly in one place. is that normal?

If the filter sponge was removed for three days, the bacteria will be dead and the tank is likely experiencing an ammonia spike, which places further stress on your already sick fish.
It does sound like ich and a simultaneous bacterial infection to me. Your molly's movements are probably what's known as 'flashing' - an attempt by the fish to remove the parasites from its gills.

From where is the goldfish bleeding? I am with Blinky. You likely killed your cycle by removing sponges and turning off filters. I hate to say it, but it sounds like your fish are in a bad way. I also think twice daily 50% water changes will help in that they can go a long way to deal with the ammonia and nitrite build up you will begin to see. I suggest buying a test kit and testing your water at least twice a day to ensure there are not toxic levels of ammonia and nitrites present. Another suggestion would be finding a friend willing to give you some gravel, filter sponges or anything from an established, mature tank to help seed yours. I your LFS carries BIO-Spira, I strongly urge you to buy that, if it is within your means, as it can cycle the tank quickly and with less stress to the fish so you can focus solely on your Ich and bleeding problems. I also suggest that you look into a salt/heat treatment for your fish. Thank you everybody! My fishes are just fine now. I appriciate it. I think the problem was that they just needed to eat more.
So you're saying the goldfish's bubbles are completely healed and the molly has stopped flashing, you don't see any signs of ich or a bacterial infection in any of your fish? I'm quite amazed that your fish were that sick and have recovered so quickly... I'm not sure how that has anything to do with how much they're eating, but I'm glad they're okay
