goldfish poo

Hi,
I checked my goldfish this morning and there is a long string of poo--at least 8 inches long if not longer on the bottom of the tank. Is that normal?

Is it brown poop at all? Sounds normal to me but happens usually when the fish is quite full.

It was brown. Has broken in to pieces as of tonight.
Thanks Lupin, I'm still struggling with my goldfish. At least I've solved the algae issue. My oranda is definitely blind, so I struggle with making sure he is getting enough to eat. He tends to stay in one little area. I think I am going to get one of those food thing a ma jigs that keep the food in a certain area at the surface. That might help him.

Don't feed your goldfish a floating type of food because it can cause swim bladder issues... I go through this often with one of my little piggies... >_<,,
