for everything you listed, you need at LEAST a 110 gallon tank
for all? or just the 55 with the Blood Parrot? I plan to give him a 125 with the nedle nose gar, the sevrum and others. I know this will work because the gar is in a tank of bloods ,sevrums, 12" frontosas, XL plecos, ropefish and bicirs, useually not all at once. the mudskipper will get a 40 long or a 55. the other 55 is my moms but most of the fish are mine. her is whats hers:
55gallon:
3" G. swordtail, 2 4" angels,
5 of 7 black skirts, 10" pleco, 2" cory, 4" syno. , 2" krib.

actually the small synodontis is mine but I f I tried to move it she wouldn't let me. she named him "Mudball" and thinks its the cuist thing shes ever seen :duh: :duh:

My brother jeremy moved in her at about the beggining of summer, with a 30 gallon and some africans. He stuffed the africans in my tank and they killed my 5.5" violet-blue crayfish I had grown from an inch and paid $35.99 for (and didn't pay me back) I set up his 30 gallon and he didn't want to add water when it evaporated so he put to much salt in the tank to slow the evaporation and killed them all. the tank is empty and would be perfect for the mudskipper, but He said it was his x-roommates tank and that she woul be by to pick it up in less than a week and the tank hase been empty in the basement since the middle of June and he still will not let me use it :mad2: :mad2: :mad2: :mad2: :mad2:

Your no stranger to slightly brackish-brackish oddesys. I am a fan of that puffer you showed. The setup will be upgraded soon, but I will get 1 5" Af. mudskipper, 3 1.5" knight gobies, 1 5" exelent looking spotted sleeper goby, and 2 ballon mollies for a 1/2 filled 10 gallon. I know Its a little much, but They are having a buy one get one sale on all fish and I get $90 worth for about $40. like I said I'll upgrade them soon

That's way too much for a 10g. Honestly, please don't attempt it, even if you plan to upgrade. The knight gobies alone would require a 30g tank. I have a few and they are way too active for a 10g, especially half filled. Mudksippers need a large area because of their lifestyle. I'd go no less than a 90g just to keep a mudskipper and the knights because of the space required for land.

Oh my!!! It's good to save a buck but you'll end up wasting it all when they die! Don't buy things just because they are 2 for one!! (Advice for all of life, not just fish).

I think the mudskipper - 5 inch fish in a 10 g!!!! YIKEs!- Needs a bigger home...along with all the other overstocking...

Aquaia Central, liveaquaria.com, and myfishtank.net are all great sites for researching fish species. Perhaps that is a better place to start to find more appropriate tank inhabitants and mates.

don't waste your breath reiverix. I've tried to reason with him. he pays lipservice to everyone's advice, and then completely disregards it.
