Good diet for cories?

have you ever tried feeding them live worms.
you could buy grindal and white worm cultures and raise your own worms making feeding free.
they go nuts for these too and it also helps bringing them into breeding condition.

I don't want to argue about this. I have just been told by many people that Hikari is leaps and bounds better then Wardley.

No need to argue. Just saying that it is important to check all the facts prior to giving advice. Short of making your own food there is really no way of knowing all the additives added to fish food and most will include fillers that are probably not great. Some people may hate Wardleys, but it certainly can't be a lesser food simply from what is put in it.

I just tried frozen daphnia with my Danios and Cories yesterday. They liked it, but I'm not sure it was worth the mess it made! I had to do a massive water change afterward. Next time--just half of the cube goes in!
