Good food for small Convicts

I know this is gonna sound like every other thread on Cichlid food, and I'm already using Hikari Gold and stuff. But I was wondering what I should feed baby Convicts? I just realized they probably can't eat pellets, so they should have flakes...any particular kind anyone prefers for fast-growing fry? I am getting an automatic Brine Shrimp Hatcher, so they will already have some of that.

Ideas?

That baby bring shrimp will work great along with some crushed hikari flakes and microworms. Find a LFS with a starter culture of microworms to get you started or you could find them online. I've even seen microworm starter cultures on ebay.

what i feed my baby blue acaras is small chunks of beef heart. but my babies are like 1" but when they were smaller i used tetra cichlidflakes and baby brine.
