Good light for 5 gallon

i have a 5 gallon planted tank and want a new light and im looking to spend around 50-80 bucks and grow med light and maybe some high light plants can some one point me in the right direction and post some links

Geez. If you want to spend so much on lighting, why don't you get a bigger tank?

well they cost that much for my 20 long so it was just a figure, if i can get a good light cheeper then heck ya post it
