regarding cheap, I'm going cheap in the long run (not so much short term) with LEDs, low power usage (compared to T5s and PC) and no bulb replacements for the next 15-16 years (ok, LED replacement), that means lighting that really pays for itself and saves money just on bulb replacements, not to mention the electricity saved
