Good looking artificial plants?

Oh my fish, that is LOVELY. Is your driftwood real or is it fake as well? That's what I'd like to have mine look like...wow, thank you!

Tetra Water Wonders - they have some nice options ...
IMAGINE- makes some really nice silk plants - very lifelike.

Aquascaper - makes "some" nice plastic plants.
TopFin - makes a 'few' nice plastic plants as well.

You just have to look and have an idea of what you want to do before shopping. Pick up the best options from each company and you can put together a decent looking fake tank.

Beautifull tank Slappy Mcfish. A great example of what you can do with fake plants. I'm guessing most of those in the tank are silk rather than plastic.
One of my tanks has fake plants and the plastic ones don't look nearly as reallistic as the silk or fabric ones.

There are some very realistic looking plants available nowdays,.......:)

The driftwood is real...no need to go fake there. ;) All the plants are plastic except the vine plant(silk) on the left side over the cave. It hangs down from the filter as there is no way to plant anything in the gravel there with the rocks in the way. Keeping the plants 'clean' is the key...fill up the tank with them, and avoid the bright/neon colored ones as they don't look very natural.

What a beautiful tank. Great job!

Here's my fake plant tank. Mostly everything is Top Fin, and they actually look pretty convincing in person. I'd love to go live in this tank, but I HATE fluorescent lighting, I absolutely despise it. Incandescent gives off such a pleasing glow. Anyway. . . here it is. . .

Even the driftwood is fake :o
