Its not all that bad...
For those of you that read about my disaster due to a crack..well tomorrow i am finally getting another tank wich is the same that my lfs manerger ordered! now i have to do is wait for it to cycle again and hey presto i have my old tank up and running again!i cant wait to see my gourami's and rams!

as long as you have been cultivating your filter media and still have some gravel etc cycling wont take that long less than a week or so if you need help with this start another thread. You may not have to do a full cycle. Glad to here you finally got it straightened out.

bad news...again just my luck

thanks akapaul but i got the tank home and the stupid idiots havent put a heater with it and the piping dont fit together and if they think im going to have to buy it seperatly even though i got it with it last time they have another thing coming i am fuming and this is just going to delay things even more wich i dont need on top of my GCSE coursework that i am now doing.

I'm sorry for the stress daniel--my parents tell me that this fishkeeping hobby is supposed to be a way to release stress, not create it! However, there are times I find it very stressful to make sure I am taking care of everything for my fish--but in the end I enjoy my fish for all the worry. It is the worry about equipment and stupid lfs that is not rewarding at all--that is enough to turn one off of those stores entirely!

finally..

ok my tank is know up and running again and in the cycling prosses at last!!!i picked up the heater today and i have just finish putting water in. im am exausted and have a back ache but it is worth i just cant wait to get my fish in now and get things back to the way they was! i am now going to sit down to a nice plate of pasta. :thm:  :dive:

from a very very happy daniel! :sim:
