Good plants for a 10 gallon with shrimp, snails and bettas

They may. From what I was told in another thread, it depends on the individual betta.

well i think if you give the shrimp enough coverage they should be fine.You might lose a few here and there but nothing to worry about

I would go with java mass, java fern, anubias, hornwort, anarachis, etc...all should do just fine in that lighting.
