I use google mostly, but when I can't find what I'm looking for on google sometimes I can with a yahoo search. They give very different results.

Gee...it's a tough call...both have capitulated to China's demands for censorship so that they can make a buck while totally compromising their values...but Yahoo has actually been complicit in the jailing of a chinese dissident...so I guess i gotta go with Google...
 
I've been using Yahoo! since it first appeared and it suffices. I use Google if I can't find what I want on Yahoo!, but the majority of the time the hits are no different.

I far prefer Yahoo! shopping to Google. Google is just filled with bloody ads and useless junk. MO only :)

I use google for now. I used Yahoo for years but the site is just so cluttered I get confused using it. I used to use the other functions from Yahoo even when I didn't use the search engine, like the maps etc... But Google has that all now. Soon a better search engine will come along and I will switch.
