Got my kribs

They finally arrived! I just received a shipment of a pair each of Pelvichromis taeniatus Dehane and Pelvichromis subocellatus Moanda. These are wild caught fish, fairly young from the looks of it I'm looking forward to breeding them. They arrived today and I put them into a planted 20 that was used for shrimp-I guess the few shrimp I didn't catch are history now.

Is anybody else keeping these fish?
 
thats great good luck with them. I used to keep kribs and i loved them. they are one of my favorite fish. they can be pretty aggressive towards each other, though
 
get us some pics...?
 
I've seen Pelvichromis taeniatus semi locally on Aquabid and I came soooo close to buying some! I ended up picking up some standard pulchers on an impulse buy. :wall: Please, post some pics when you get them, I love them.
 
I had a pair of Kribs....the male died from Hole-in-the-head...but fertilized eggs before hand...now I have mom and about 35 young ones (about 8 weeks old) that are all doing great...
