I know that ship probably isn't one of them, but there are fishing boats that can completely capsize and spring right back up as if nothing happened
I wise fishermen told me about it. And supposedly takes time to prepare, unlike running in to a bridge ;D

I grew up one block from the mississippi river, and we had barges like that all the time. They would run them aground, tip them over, use them to push tanker or cargo ships. Thos things are darn near indestructible.
