$10 sound kinda cheap haha 6500k is a very yellow bulb and is used for growth mostly...your gonna want some actinic (blue) in there and I am sure those bulbs are more money

as I mentioned, I had seen these a while back when I was looking at some options( I did not buy these ) but I did have a curiosity about them. I also thought that the price on these bulbs would leave them to be of lesser quality.

Wow that look like a good deal...I have never heard of that fixture...do some research on it before you purchase :)
also look at http://www.fishneedit.com I have heard that these are good fixtures as long as you change out the bubs for better ones
 
I bought an eBay fixture for my frag tank and the fixture is nice but the bulbs are gone and have only been running since mid-February. I have new bulbs on order.

thanks, I looked at the lights you listed and they look nice also. the prices make you really wonder compared to some of the name brands out there. It can really leave a person confused.
 
Now that looks darn nice!! I now who I'm going to ask help me place my corals when the time comes. ;)
