No to allll of those in a 10 gallon.
Dwarf gourami are very aggressive towards one another. And also should not be mixed with the other species due to DGD. One dwarf gourami to a tank, unless its a male and a female or group of females. Otherwise males will kill one another.
Also, 10 gallons is way too small for dwarf gourami, and honey gourami too.
Honey gourami need a 20 gallon not because of their size but because THEY are social and should be kept in a trio minimum.
If you have a 10 gallon, there are smaller gourami species that would work out much better for you. Otherwise, I'd get a bigger set up before considering the others.
A pair or trio of sparkling gouramis would work for your 10 gallon! Could even do species only and get 5 total, just try to get only one male.

What does species only mean? Like 5 dwarf powder blue gouramis?
Species only means ONLY the sparkling gourami. Otherwise it could be a community with other fish.
And nooooo not powder blues. Theyre too big for a 10 gallon and cannot be housed together.
Powder blue, flames, neons... all the same species just different colour morphs. And the males will kill each other in the same tank.
For a SINGLE dwarf gourami, you need a 20 gallon. For a PAIR or harem, you need 30 gallons or more. And females are rare to find in many places. Theyre plain silver. Any colored dwarf gourami is male, except some powder blues but theyre very tricky to sex accurately.

And these are sparkling gourami, which are good for a 10 gallon. You could keep up to 5 in a densely planted 10 gallon, or 3 with other small fish (microrasboras or ember tetras)

I’Ve done some research and I think smaller fish like neon tetras would be much better for my tank. Hopefully one day I can work up to a bigger tank that can house gourami comfortably.

Neon tetras need a 20 gallon as well to fit their schooling behaviour.
Fish suitable for a 10 gallon:
Corydoras pygmaeus, hastatus, or habrosus (10 minimum)
Microrasboras (chili rasboras, boraras, kubotai rasboras, etc) (8-10 of one species)
Ember tetras (consider these instead of the neons) (8-10 of one species)
Sparkling gourami (3-5)
Rosy loaches (6-8)
A single betta
Endler guppies (up to 4 males, females do better in a 20 due to having babies)
Pseudomugil rainbow fish (6-8)
Scarlet badis *often difficult to feed
Pea puffers*needs special diet care
Ricefish
Some killifish
Wasp catfish (includes Asian stone catfish) (6)
Samurai gourami*** exceedingly delicate, expensive, need groups
Chocolate gourami ** very delicate, pricy, needs groups
Bumblebee goby (there are 2 species common, one is brackish water. Can be fussy with food)

If you can find them I have a group of Paraspaerichthys ocellatus, they are very tiny gourami that is similar to chocolate gouramis with less stringent needs. Water that is slightly alkaline and is neutral in pH should be fine. I would suggest these if you have some experience with picky fish.. if you are new these may be a bit troubling to keep.
