Goyder River rainbow in trouble

That happened with some of my rainbows once. He started off just not swimming properly then went to not being able to move his body except in quick bursts that propelled him every which way. Lost 3 rainbows over a period of about a month I think. That was about a year ago, and I only have one left. Poor guy. Trys to school with the danios.

my best "guess-timation", so far, with whats wrong, is some kind of mycobacterial(?) infection, possibly fish TB. i hope the rest of the tank doesnt get wiped out. im guessing by your name that you keep kribs? i keep them as well.

I'd be super careful if you think it's TB, it can be transmitted to humans. So wash your hands a lot, don't put any water in your mouth (if you use a syphon)! It's really important to keep it under control because I have yet to see a cure.
