I've been calling around HD lately, and the HD in Markham (3155 Hwy 7, east of Woodbine ave) has cool white, daylight, warm white, and full spectrum bulbs. That might be a bit closer to you, depending where you live in Richmond Hill. Also, you might want to go to HD's webpage and check for the one that is located in Richmond Hill
